High & Dry Boat Storage - Pasco County & Port Richey, Florida
Sunset Landing Marina offers high and dry storage based on a one year lease contract. There is no limit as to how many times you may use your boat.

Sunset Landing Marina offers high and dry storage. Prices are based on the over all length of your boat. Storage leases are provided through a one year contract agreement. As a storage customer, you may use your boat as often as you wish. We furnish our customers with a wash down area, as well as, a place to flush motors. You may even use our dockside cutting board to clean your fresh catch! Other services that are available include; boat detailing, upholstery and bimini top repairs or replacements, bottom paint jobs, fiberglass and gel coating repairs, and boat trailer repair. Come meet our friendly staff. Our storage fees are based on a 20' Boat Minimum. We have three levels of Boat Storage Membership: GOLD , SILVER AND BRONZE. Bronze Level - is $8.50 per ft. Basic Storage Silver Level - is $9.50 per ft. Storage includes flushing & rinsing of boat motor & 5% off store purchases Gold Level - is $10.50 per ft. includes flushing and rinsing of boat & motor 5% off store purchases & five cents off per gallon of gas.
